Responsibilities
* Provide strategic guidance, coordination and subject-matter expertise to senior stakeholders.
* Oversee key initiatives, working closely with the C&B Advisor and best practice/learnings from other regions to ensure effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
* Lead C&B governance, KPIs, reporting and external benchmarking activities, ensuring consistency and visibility across the region.
* Act as a senior subject matter expert for Culture & Belonging, providing strategic guidance to HRD, HRBPs, Function Heads, Operational Leaders and senior stakeholders across the UK&I.
* Embed an intersectional and holistic approach to Culture & Belonging across daily working practices, supporting teams in applying inclusive principles.
* Monitor external trends, benchmarking insights and emerging risks or opportunities, advising leadership on strategic responses and continuous improvement.
* Identify emerging risks, opportunities and future trends in Culture & Belonging, advising leadership on strategic responses and continuous improvement.
* Provide strategic insight by monitoring external best practice, benchmarking performance, and ensuring Sodexo remains competitive and progressive in its Culture & Belonging approach.
Ideal Candidate
* Have a proven track record in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy and cultural transformation.
* Possess a strong understanding of social mobility frameworks and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
* In-depth knowledge of equality legislation and awareness of pending changes.
* Experience in project and change management within complex organizations.
* Experience developing and implementing organizational systems and processes related to culture and belonging.
* Passion for influencing culture, training, and supporting operations to build a strong, inclusive organisational culture.
* Are a collaborative team player and leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies, and procedures.
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft M365 and reporting capability.
