Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this is a high-impact role at the heart of financial insight, strategic decision-making, and embedding best practice across the team. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modelling, scenario planning, and ensuring data integrity. Act as a trusted finance partner to business units, delivering clear and actionable commercial insight. Work closely with Finance and Data teams to produce accurate, timely reporting. Drive automation, process improvements, and the development of dashboards and visualisations. Provide consistent, high-quality reporting to senior management, alongside ad-hoc commercial analysis. About You Chartered Accountant. Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis. Comfortable working with complex datasets and multiple reporting systems. Advanced modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Collaborative, proactive, and motivated by driving value across the business.
