In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering creative content across editorial and client projects. You'll combine strong storytelling instincts with technical expertise, ensuring polished, engaging output that resonates with audiences across platforms.

Day to day you will:
Edit and produce high-quality video content for editorial and branded projects, from concept through deliver:
* Collaborate with creative, editorial, and production teams to bring ideas to life in innovative and impactful ways.
* Stay ahead of social and digital trends, adapting content to maximise engagement across platforms.
* Ensure projects meet creative, technical, and brand standards, consistently delivering outstanding results.
* Manage timelines and workflows efficiently while balancing multiple projects.
* Apply a strategic, solutions-driven mindset to storytelling challenges.
* Support the wider team with production expertise, offering both creative and technical input.
About you:
Similar to day to day but this focuses on the attributes we're looking for someone to have. You should link these to the role competencies and consider what is most and least important to you and only list the most important.
Here's an example:
* Proven experience as a video editor/producer, ideally in digital media, news, or branded content.
* Good knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
* A sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual design.

* Familiarity with social-first formats and platform-specific best practices.
