Role: Control Systems Engineer
Location: South Yorkshire. Modern new offices
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE + Pension + Healthcare + Life Assurance

The Role
* Design, configure and develop PLC & SCADA systems for a range of industrial automation projects.
* Produce clear and concise technical documentation - FDS, FAT, SAT, etc.
* Manage full project life cycles — from initial design to on-site commissioning.
* Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.
* Travel across the UK (approx. 20%) to support commissioning and client interaction.
* As you gain experience, there is scope to mentor junior engineers and even lead small project teams.
The Person
* Solid experience in real-time control systems design and commissioning.
* Proficient in PLC programming (Rockwell / Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider).
* SCADA design experience preferred.
* Previous experience within a systems integrator environment.
* Comfortable managing documentation and project processes.
* Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) and a full UK driving licence.

* PLC Software - Rockwell / Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider
* HMI/SCADA Software - Rockwell FTView ME & SE, AVEVA InTouch & System Platform, Schneider ClearSCADA GE iFIX, Siemens WinCC
