A look into the role

The Experience Lead for our new Digital Immersion Room is a senior role that designs and facilitates high value, digitally enabled client sessions that showcase the firm’s transformed ways of working. They lead strategic conversations with senior executives, use digital tools to enhance collaboration and decision making, and steward the quality and evolution of this flagship environment to bring the firm’s £500m digital investment to life in meaningful, human‑centred ways.


Knowing you’re right for us

We’ve set ambitious growth targets for the firm, and we need the right people to help us achieve these. In changing markets, we need to be able to work at pace and be adaptable to change and to be curious, asking questions of ourselves, each other and our clients to ensure we are delivering the services and quality we expect.

Joining us as an Immersion Experience Lead, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

* Excellent communication, storytelling, listening and visualisation skills
* Strong, confident facilitation with senior executives
* Ability to design and run structured, outcome focused sessions
* Comfortable using digital collaboration tools during live sessions
* Strong relationship awareness and commercial judgement

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

* Familiarity with tools like Miro
* Background in consulting, strategy or transformation
* Experience with CFO/Board level audiences
* Prior experience designing senior level workshops
* Experience developing ROI metrics or stewarding an experience space
