We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join Meridian Medical and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activities. This role will suit someone with strong digital and content skills who is eager to make a visible impact in a growing medical device business. The successful candidate will manage our website, social media, and marketing communications, supporting brand development and customer engagement.
The role will be hybrid, so candidates within a one-hour radius will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update the company WordPress website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and SEO-optimised.
· Support the creation and management of company imagery, videos and digital assets.
· Deliver regular social media content and campaigns to grow engagement and reach.
· Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and plans.
· Write and publish blogs, case studies, press releases and news updates.
· Co-ordinate and send periodic email marketing campaigns, tracking performance and reporting results.
· Support PR activity and liaise with external media contacts as needed.
· Produce marketing materials including graphics, presentations and print collateral, either in-house or by working with external suppliers.
· Assist in creating case studies and promotional content to highlight Meridian Medical's expertise and projects.
· Provide administrative support for the marketing function, including maintaining databases, data analysis, scheduling campaigns and reporting to Directors.
Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B or technical industry.
· Familiarity with WordPress website management and SEO basics.
· Confident user of social media platforms for business.
· Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
· Experience using email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar).
· Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) are an advantage.
· Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Package:
· Salary Range £25,000 - £35,000 depending on working hours and experience.
