ITC Infotech is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Dunstable, UK.
Aptitude - You have an innate capacity to transition from project to project without skipping a beat.
Communication - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across projects and teams.
At least 10 years in Hospitality and/ or Travel Industry domain out of 20+ years overall experience.
Experiences in delivery and growth of $15M+ ACV portfolio
Specialization/ depth in any one or more Hospitality and/ or Travel portfolio areas like PMS, CRS, POS, Distribution, CRM/ CDP, Loyalty, Digital
Proven background in handling customers directly as part of ongoing delivery.
Proven experience in service modernization in existing delivery tracks and driving delivery transformation using automation and AI.
Managing delivery discipline, talent supply chain and operations.
Agile/ SAFe/ PMP certifications in project management/ product management.
Cloud/ AI or GenAI certifications will be an added plus.
