Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering a warm, supportive, and high‑quality learning environment.
Ensure the effective daily management of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care, safeguarding, and early education.
Develop and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote children's learning, development, and well‑being in line with the EYFS framework.
Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring clear communication and a positive, inclusive nursery culture.
Oversee planning, staff development, and continuous improvement to maintain excellence across the setting.Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Level 5/6 desirable).
Proven experience in a nursery leadership or senior practitioner role.
Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and best practice in early years education.
Excellent communication, organisational, and people‑management skills.
A passion for delivering high‑quality childcare and inspiring both children and staff.
