As a Technical Project Manager for our Private 5G Delivery Program, you'll lead international deployments of cutting-edge wireless networks. You'll be the bridge between our customers, vendors, and internal teams-ensuring seamless execution, high-quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple Private 5G projects from strategy to execution.
Ensure alignment with organisational goals, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Oversee budgets and funding to maximise productivity.
Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Drive project governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, Business, or related field.
6+ years of relevant experience, including 4-5 years in wireless deployment (Private 5G preferred).
Strong knowledge of Private Wireless Network deployment processes.
Project management certifications (PMP, ITIL, Prince2, MSP, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
Even Better If You Have:
10+ years of experience in Professional Services project delivery.
Proven success in complex Private 5G deployments.
Experience managing C-level client relationships.
Strong technical acumen in network and application layer challenges.
Leadership experience across geographically distributed teams.
