We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000, depending on experience and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Supporting weekly workload planning, ensuring cover during absences and helping the team deliver to agreed service levels
* Acting as an escalation point for invoice queries from internal customers, management, Finance Business Partners and offshore colleagues
* Creating and maintaining legacy revenue files for the construction operation, raising and uploading invoices via customer portals
* Producing monthly reporting including KPI packs and SOX control documentation
* Getting involved in projects and ad‑hoc tasks, such as onboarding new customers and supporting process improvements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Strong Excel capability and confidence working with customer portals; Oracle experience is highly desirable
* Experience in transport, warehousing or haulage operations, with solid knowledge of invoicing and query resolution
* Ability to guide others, provide support to offshore teams and act as an approachable subject‑matter expert
* Proven analytical thinking, attention to detail and a drive to streamline and improve processes
* Organised, proactive and calm under pressure, someone who communicates well, solves problems quickly and champions team delivery
