Position Overview
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Part-Time Senior Sales Professional at our new store opening in Cannock, Midlands.
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will embody Ralph Lauren's timeless elegance and luxury, delivering exceptional client experiences.
This is a part-time role, offering 28 hours per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Business Client Development
* Support the sales team in the absence of managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience and maximize sales and outreach opportunities.
* Engage and energize the team to enhance performance using service metrics.
Leadership & Engagement Support
* Assist managers in creating an inclusive, customer-first work environment.
* Support the team in using service metrics to achieve sales and profit goals in the absence of managers.
* Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture.
Operations
* Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation.
* Communicate product and customer feedback to buyers and managers and coordinate marketing initiatives and pricing strategies.
Pay Range
Max and Min based on experience, skills, and knowledge.
