A bit about what you will do As our Reservations Supervisor with Fairmont Windsor Park, your job is to execute the service promise to our guests through the proper training provided. In order to deliver on this promise, it all starts with the right attitude and eagerness to develop team members. Assist the Reservations & Royal Service Manager in leading our Reservations team who are at the heart of our communication system; experts in all areas, able to manage the call center function, oversee the handling of reservations and provide seamless service to our guests and colleagues. Have full knowledge of the Accor Live Limitless program, membership tiers, benefits, enrollment, suite night certificate, and points four burn. Supervise the responsible use all available systems including PMS (Property Management System), telephone system, Knowcross, fax, etc. Train, lead, guide and direct the efforts of the Reservation Agents. Complete audits on telephone call standards related Reservations process. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Maintain the upkeep of all telephone and related equipment within the reservations office to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain information confidentiality. Attend regularly scheduled departmental meeting. Schedule colleagues in accordance with the departmental budget. Promotes and leads a service driven, results driven work environment. Follow department policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all safety policies and promotes a safe work environment. More about you Previous leadership experience in Reservations in a 5-star luxury environment preferred. University/College degree in a related hospitality discipline is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills. Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera. Must possess a professional presentation. Strong interpersonal, problem solving abilities and takes personal responsibility for own actions. Highly organized, responsible & reliable. Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm and be a good team player. Willing to adapt and change styles as and when necessary Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Fluency in English, secondary language preferred.
