THE ROLE:
Join the Northampton manufacturing site as a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Coordinator - You'll work closely with the QHSE Manager to champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across all departments.
What you'll do:
1. With a focus on quality, the Coordinator will ensure compliance & governance of quality systems and processes along with support to health, safety and environmental monitoring.
2. Support QHSE Management: Assist with risk assessments, accident/incident investigations, internal auditing, and preparing for external audits.
3. Data & Reporting: Collate daily quality and ad-hoc safety data to prepare monthly reports for management review.
4. Process Improvement: Identify deviations, help develop training materials, and participate in Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement teams.
