Class 2 HGV drivers needed to start immediately for our clients based in Preston & surrounding areas for a variety of interesting and varied work. As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will need… ● A UK issued Class 2 driving Licence ● A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card ● Less than 8 points on your licence ● To be keen to look after your vehicle and be punctual and reliable HGV Driver responsibilities include: ● Trunking from depot to depot, some pick ups and collections and the delivery of goods to commercial warehouses. ● Daily walk round and Vehicle checks. Reporting existing damage and defects. ● Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hours The successful Class 2 HGV Drivers can expect: ● Monday–Friday: £14.00 - £20.00 PAYE Per Hour. ● Weekly Pay, paid on time every time. ● 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per shift ● Subsidised ongoing CPC training.
