This is an office-based role working Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain rapport with customers, understanding their needs and managing expectations Log enquiries, support the team with providing quotations after pricing Liaise and communicate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients Manage incoming calls and emails, responding in a professional and timely manner Follow up and resolve customer queries efficiently Coordinate, collate, check, and file daily paperwork Manage daily workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency Provide general office support, including cover during lunchtimes and holidays Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in an office support role Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Highly organised, accurate, and able to manage workload effectively Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using initiative Comfortable liaising with suppliers and tradespersons Immediate start available apply now!
