*Job Summary*
We are seeking 2 skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. *Duties*

* Oversee the daily operations of a specific section within the kitchen, such as fish, meat, or pastry.
* Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or specials.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients to ensure availability for service.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Ensure all food prepared meets health and safety standards, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
* Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance where necessary.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
* Previous restaurant experience is desirable, with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
