As a Team Leader, you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for managing shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering great availability for your customers.
* Actively participating in your store to promote sales.
* Completing all actions set by your line manager.
* Supporting and collaborating with the Talking Shop Rep.
* Fostering an inclusive culture.
* Sharing knowledge for team up-skilling.
Doing the right processes and doing them right:
* Completing actions from daily floor walks focusing on customer experience.
* Providing excellent service both in store and at the doorstep.
* Following cash handling and security policies.
* Implementing all “One Best Way” digital processes.
Leadership:
Your leadership should focus on:
* Being approachable and caring for customers.
* Respecting colleagues.
* Working enthusiastically as a team.
* Taking action to reduce waste.
* Being considerate of the business and colleagues.
Required skills & experience:
* Retail management or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
* Effective communication with colleagues.
* Shift planning and organization.
* Providing constructive feedback.
* Leading by example to deliver excellent store performance.
