Job Description
3. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
4. Assist in the production of management accounts and budgets.
5. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
6. Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
7. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
8. Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
9. Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
10. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
11. Demonstrable experience in a similar role
12. Experience in preparing financial reports and management accounts.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
16. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
