Salary: 37.5 hours per week (Full time) - £25,087.00 (£12.82 p/h), rising to £25,684.00 (£13.12 p/h) at 8 months in role
Shift pattern: 12 hour shift pattern, with every other weekend off

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone related to broadband technology and services.
* Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot and guide customers to resolve issues.
* Build rapport with customers and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Take ownership of customer problems and follow through to resolution.
* Collaborate with teammates and other departments as needed to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
* No specific experience required; candidates who are naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships will be trained on the rest.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn about broadband technology.
