What you will do:
* Oversee the 0-25 Children with Disabilities Service, ensuring high-quality delivery during this short-term cover period.
* Lead and support a team, providing guidance particularly in areas like the Children and Families Act, SEND, and Adult Care Act for the 16-25 service group.
* Develop and implement strategic service plans, coordinating with multiple departments to improve service delivery and outcomes.
* Respond to complex case issues and provide expert guidance to the team, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
* Engage with families, carers, and other stakeholders to foster collaborative working relationships and improve service satisfaction.
