Purchase Ledger Larbert £14 - £16 per hour Monday to Friday (onsite) - 9 - 5 Free Parking Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Larbert to hire a Purchase Ledger on a 1 - 3 month period, this role could go permanent. The Purchase Ledger Controller, will be primarily responsible for processing company invoices, reconciling supplier statements, daily banking functions and assisting with payroll. Key Responsibilities: Processing a high number of supplier invoices daily Chasing departments for invoice approvals in a timely manner to ensure invoices are paid within payment terms Run supplier payments, checking all reports are correct Ensure remittances are sent out in a timely manner Complete supplier statement recs frequently and deal/communicate with suppliers with any issues with invoices Review aged creditor reports and reconcile supplier accounts Interviews will be held next week.
