As the Customer Supply Chain Executive, you will manage the Sainsbury’s and Ireland accounts working closely with the Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager to drive our ways of working across your customer accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to realise and drive forward efficiencies and best practises & working on key improvement projects.
A DAY IN A LIFE
•Manage the order to delivery cycle for your key customers. Ensuring orders are processed right first time with maximum service, portfolios are aligned, and any issues are resolved to ensure customers receive a perfect delivery on time and in full. Responsibility for any communication to customers during this process, with Out-of-Stock reporting and query management post-delivery, root causing to prevent repeat issues.
•Work closely with key internal & external stakeholders to drive best in class customer service, with proactive communication, and a can-do attitude. This could also involve attending external meetings with customers to build up collaborative relationships with accounts.
•Focus on identifying and delivering efficiencies within the current ways of working, whilst maintaining the level of service required daily. Identify key projects to work on with your accounts to improve the service we deliver, but also exploring opportunities to strengthen our relationships with our customers.
•Work to support the divisional and customer growth plans, whilst focusing on cost to serve, so that we serve and deliver in the most efficient manner.
WHO YOU ARE
•Experience within a consumer driven and fast-paced environment, along with an understanding of Customer Supply Chain.
•Excellent communication skills and are able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across functions, communicating challenges and successes both internally and externally.
•An enquiring mindset, and willing to challenge the norm if you see a better solution to a problem
•Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage upwards, whilst also building a collaborative customer relationship.
•Ability to be flexible and manage time effectively across multiple priorities
•Ability to solve problems effectively and look for alternative solutions when challenged, whilst able to communicate new methods to others.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
