Key Responsibilities
9. Identify and develop new business opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics services
10. Support and participate in tenders, bidding, and pricing activities
11. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure competitive and feasible service offerings
12. Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
13. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
14. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
15. Assist in developing sales strategies aligned with company objectives
16. Ensure smooth handover of secured business to operations teams
17. Continuously develop knowledge of logistics solutions, market trends, and customer needs
