Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Home Registered Manager to join its client’s residential care team based in Nottingham.

In this role, you will:
1. Lead and manage a children’s residential home
2. Create a nurturing and safe environment for children with complex needs
3. Oversee staff development and ensure compliance with care standards
4. Implement therapeutic practices including CBT and ACT
5. Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes for young people

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have:
13. Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
14. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
15. Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
16. A Full UK Driving Licence
17. A genuine passion for helping young people flourish
