Rate: £19 – £22 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilledBand 5 Frailty Technicianto join our team in Milton Keynes. This temporary position runs from05/09/2024 to 01/12/2024and offers a competitive pay rate of£19-£22 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will support the dispensary with various tasks, collaborate with the department to establish a rota, and provide high-quality care and support to frail patients.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience/Knowledge:
o NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
o Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician.
o Previous experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting.
o Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACTPT) certification.
* Skills/Abilities:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
o Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
o Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
