3rd Line / Infrastructure Engineer - Barnsley

What you'll do:
1. Lead and maintain robust IT infrastructure, servers, and networks
2. Troubleshoot complex issues & optimize system performance
3. Implement security policies and manage upgrades with minimal downtime
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentors junior engineers
5. Provide exceptional customer care even in high-pressure environments
What we're looking for:
6. 5 years in 3rd line IT support, with strong Microsoft Server and virtualization knowledge
7. Experience with O, Azure AD group policies, VMware, Hyper-V
8. Knowledge of Networking, DNS, DHCP
9. DESIRABLE - Meraki, Unifi or similar
10. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
11. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively
