We are currently recruiting for a Lister / Sales Manager on behalf of a highly regarded Estate & Lettings agency covering Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and successful team within a well-established company known for its excellence in the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct Property Valuations with accuracy and confidence, providing clients with realistic and competitive market appraisals.
* List new properties for sale, ensuring that all listings are marketed effectively to attract potential buyers.
* Manage the sales process from valuation through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and achieving sales targets.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets across the Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire areas.
* Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to achieve their targets.
* Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, providing insights into market performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities, enhancing the company's profile and expanding its client base.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in property valuation, listing, and sales management within the estate agency sector.
* Strong knowledge of the property market in Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire, with the ability to provide accurate and informed valuations.
* Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of securing successful sales and achieving targets.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets.
* A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
* Full UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires travel across Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire.
* Competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.
* On-target earnings (OTE) circa £60,000, offering excellent earning potential.
