We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing fintech business, to recruit an Applications Support Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working closely with customers, and collaborating with development teams to deliver real, impactful solutions.

Essential Skills
* Experience in application/software support or a similar technical support role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Excellent communication skills (technical → non-technical audiences)
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to C#, SQL Server, or similar technologies
* Understanding of APIs, JSON, or web-based systems
* Knowledge of Agile / DevOps environments
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML, IIS
* Exposure to Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
