This could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p>We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. Working on roles with the infrastructure, transmission, M&E sectors, you’ll identify candidates to meet project requirements while advising stakeholders on resourcing needs.</p><h3>Your key responsibilities will be:</h3><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across positions within infrastructure, M&E, water and transmission engineering sectors.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements, project demands and hiring priorities.</li><li>Develop targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill engineering and project delivery roles.</li><li>Source and attract high-quality candidates through direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and industry engagement.</li><li>Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical capability, sector experience and motivation.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer approvals and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives to improve the organisation’s reputation within the engineering and infrastructure sectors.</li><li>Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal governance, equality and inclusion standards and relevant employment legislation.</li><li>Work collaboratively with HR, project directors and operational teams to support strategic growth plans.</li></ul><h3>On top of that, you’ll have:</h3><ul><li>Previous experience working in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an engineering consultancy, infrastructure or technical environment.</li><li>Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and professional services roles.</li><li>Good understanding of engineering disciplines and the ability to recruit for specialist technical positions.</li><li>Demostrated experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.</li><li>Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with hiring managers at all levels.</li><li>Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities within a busy environment.</li><li>Knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Have well developed English communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Have good time management skills be able to prioritise tasks whilst managing your own workload</li></ul><h3>A place to work and so much more</h3><p>At COWI, we work together with our customers to shape a sustainable and liveable world.
