Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.


Responsibilities

* Ensuring employee wages are paid in accordance with all applicable country, local regulations, and employment contract agreements.
* Ensuring employee payments and deductions are properly calculated and accurate for processing
* Responsible for assigned payroll process and data accuracy, including uploading data on time
* Auditing all preview payroll reports for anomalies; identifies and addresses issues within the data set.
* Preparing year end payroll and benefits data
* Tracking queries with external payroll provider
* Providing Excel analytics and reporting, ad-hoc and scheduled.
* Following and complying with all internal and external audit narratives.
* Delivering excellent customer service by providing accurate and meaningful answers to employee payroll, and tax inquiries.
* Collaborating with other shared service divisions.
* Adhering to learning guides/Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and best practice content.
* Maintaining payroll record retention for all edits and adjustments.


Qualifications

* Possess previous extensive payroll experience
* Preferred experience in EMEA payroll
* Large platform payroll applications experience – ideally UKG Pro, activpayroll
* Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS office applications
* Have an analytical mindset with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility.
* Have strong organisational skills & the ability to meet strict deadlines.
