To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Pay
£31,075 – £33,030 per annum (40 hours per week).

About Our Nursery
The Old Station Nursery Henley is a recently refurbished, premium nursery offering three distinct learning enhancements for children: a Forest School, organic growing and food and child‑friendly cooking classes. Located on Fair Mile Orchard Farm near the edge of Henley‑on‑Thames, the nursery has a wonderful Forest School area within its garden and a wooded area at the top of the hill. There is a car park next to the nursery for convenience.
What Your Role Involves
* Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
* Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
* Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
* Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
