About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a well-established retail business based in Chesterfield. As they have experienced recent growth, they are now looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis to support the Finance team.
Job Description
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Ensuring the Purchase Ledger is complete and up to date prior to month-end procedures, in accordance with the monthly close-down schedule.
2. Processing supplier invoices and liaising with suppliers regarding account queries.
3. Assisting with recharge reporting and invoicing.
4. Conducting credit check reconciliations.
5. Processing company invoices and payments.
6. Managing accounts payable queries.
7. Processing external sales invoices.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
* Strong computer skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team confidently.
