Position Summary
We’re seeking a Regional Sales Director to grow our presence in the UK. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic seller who thrives on building relationships, solving complex challenges, and closing transformative deals.
You’ll engage directly with CISOs, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored, strategic solutions. You’ll guide clients from first conversation to long-term partnerships, backed by a world-class team of solution architects, SMEs, and more.
No direct reports. No red tape. Just you, your clients, and a wide-open runway to make an impact.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new business across upper mid-market and enterprise accounts.
* Act as a trusted advisory to senior cybersecurity and IT leaders, understanding their business drivers and aligning Kudelski’s solutions to their goals.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline using a mix of outbound prospecting, channel partnerships, and marketing collaboration.
* Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations that connect business challenges to Kudelski’s differentiated offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and long-term client success.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to support business planning and transparency.
Your key qualities and skills
* 7+ years of direct sales experience in cybersecurity with a strong track record of exceeding million-pound quotas.
* Experience selling professional cybersecurity services (e.g. penetration testing, compliance, IR) and MDR/XDR solutions to enterprise clients.
* Proven ability to engage and influence CISOs and senior decision-makers.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Miller Heiman.
* A consultative, strategic mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.
* Self-starter mentality with the drive to build a region from the ground up.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
