Our client, a well-established and respected firm in Glasgow, is looking to expand their litigation team with a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide-ranging caseload including contract disputes, employment disputes, property damage claims, and boundary disputes.
You will be expected to manage your own caseload, maintain strong client relationships, deliver strong results on behalf of your clients. While court experience is advantageous, it is not essential - what matters most is a genuine passion for litigation and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for clients.
What we are looking for:
* Proven interest in dispute resolution and litigation
* Strong client-facing skills with a professional, pragmatic approach
* Ability to manage a caseload independently
* A flexible and results driven attitude
* Case management experience is desirable; however, training will be provided
