Pay: £95–£115 per day (depending on experience)

It’s a full-time or part-time role, perfect for someone who loves variety, values teamwork, and is confident leading groups or stepping into class cover when needed.
You’ll love this role if you:
* Are a qualified HLTA (or have equivalent experience)
* Know your phonics from your fronted adverbials
* Can support teachers across the school, from small group work to whole-class cover
* Bring energy, patience, and a big heart to every school day
