CNC Machinist (Progression to Technical Sales Engineer)£40,000 - £50,000 + Company benefits + Training + Monday - Friday + Field Based + Company CarHybrid (Occasional commute to Peterborough)Are you a CNC Machinist or similar looking for the next step in your career, moving into a sales-focused role split between remote working and field-based work within a specialist manufacturer offering sales training, a company car, and long-term progression?For over 50 years, this company has been supplying bespoke CNC machining and manufacturing solutions to industries including aerospace, medical, and motorsport. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to bring an experienced CNC professional into their commercial team and provide the training needed to develop into a successful Technical Sales Engineer.In this varied role, you will work directly with customers and engineers to deliver tailored machining solutions, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to quotation and order placement. While taking ownership of customer relationships from day one, you will receive ongoing sales training and mentoring from senior members of the business, developing your commercial skills alongside your existing technical knowledge.
