Overview
This role can be based at either our Staines Upon Thames or Cheadle office locations.
Responsibilities
* Working with the WW data insights team to build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
* Partner with Sales Leaders on visibility of evaluating performance/KPIs via internal analytic tools, presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
* Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to various stakeholders as required.
* Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritisation, approval, etc.
* Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to key stakeholders.
* Lead cross-functional projects using various data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.
* Act as the policy point of escalation for all BU’s.
* Developing, executing and managing projects, programs and initiatives that support ESI Sales.
* Perform special projects/ ad-hoc operational requests as assigned.
Experience
* Business Excellence, BPI or Lean track record of delivery.
* Leadership experience of teams in a matrix organization.
* Data Analytics (Six Sigma, Predictive Analysis, Market Analytics).
* Project management qualifications preferred.
* Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
* Strong working knowledge CRM or Data System (e.g., Siebel / SFDC) including data management skills.
* Proficient in business English and a secondary language, both oral and written an advantage.
* Strong working knowledge of creating and updating Tableau reports.
* Excellent computer skills are essential (including MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel).

* Bachelors degree required
