Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Talent Manager to join a growing financial services organisation. This role will focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting talent strategy, and driving employee engagement across the business. You will work closely with senior leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers
* Manage relationships with external recruiters and suppliers
* Oversee onboarding and induction programmes
* Conduct exit interviews and support retention strategies
* Support succession planning and career development initiatives
* Manage performance and appraisal processesDrive learning and development and leadership capability
* Lead employee engagement and survey action plans
* Coordinate internal communications
* Support HR activity related to organisational change and M&A
* Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment law
Requirements
* Experience in a generalist HR or talent-focused role
* Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
* Confident working with senior leaders
* Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical ability
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable
* Financial or professional services experience beneficial
