We’re looking for an experience Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-paced and growing multi-site business in West Yorkshire to play a key role in shaping and delivering the recruitment strategy.


As a senior member of the TA leadership team and reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will design, implement and deliver a high-impact talent strategy that fuels business growth. You’ll lead a team of TA Partners and Resourcers, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition plan for your business area, aligned with business and workforce priorities.
* Work closely with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into effective, future-focused recruitment solutions.
* Coach and develop a high-performing TA team, embedding best practice, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Use talent intelligence, data insights, and technology to evolve our approach and enhance performance.
* Partner with Marketing and Communications to design impactful attraction campaigns and showcase our people, culture, and purpose.
* Build diverse talent pipelines, strengthen community partnerships, and ensure inclusive, equitable hiring processes.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery—ensuring a seamless candidate journey, efficient processes, and measurable results.
* Monitor and report on TA metrics and KPIs, using insight to tell the story behind performance and shape future strategy.


About You:

* You’ll be an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
* Proven experience developing and executing TA strategies in a complex, multi-site or project-based organisation.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and empower a high-performing team.
* Excellent stakeholder management—able to build trust and credibility at senior levels.
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging technology, data, and market insight.
* A commitment to inclusion, equity, and employer brand excellence.
* Confidence in analysing data, presenting insights, and using evidence to inform decisions.


This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a competitive salary. based in West Yorkshire with occasional travel.
