The role
Weāre looking for a Digital & Graphic Designer to produce high-volume, performance-driven creative across the rippleāŗ ecosystem. This is not a brand-polish role. Itās a fast-paced performance position for someone who can create large volumes of ads, edit video content quickly, and design assets that drive clicks and conversions.
Youāll work closely with the Creative Strategist and Acquisition team to turn concepts into live creative across paid social, landing pages and digital channels.

What youāll own
Paid social creative production
* Design and produce large volumes of static and video ads for Meta and TikTok
* Edit short-form video content in a native, platform-first style
* Adapt winning creatives into multiple formats, sizes and variations
* Work quickly to support ongoing creative testing and iteration
Landing page & web content
* Design high-converting landing page layouts and visual assets
* Curate imagery, content and layout to support conversion
* Work in Figma to build and iterate page designs based on performance feedback
Creative execution across the brand
* Create digital assets across social, email and web as needed
* Maintain brand consistency while working at speed
* Organise and manage creative files and asset libraries
* Support rapid content needs across both rippleāŗ and rippleāŗ home
What success looks like
* High-quality creative delivered quickly and consistently
* Fast turnaround of new ad variations to support testing
* Landing pages and digital assets that improve conversion
* Strong collaboration with the Creative Strategist and Growth team
What weāre looking for
* 2+ years experience in digital design for a DTC, agency or performance environment
* Strong Figma skills (essential)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
* Understanding of Meta and TikTok creative formats
* Ability to work at pace and manage high creative output
* Open to feedback and comfortable iterating based on performance data
Nice to have
* Experience designing landing pages or conversion funnels
* Experience in DTC or e-commerce
* Motion graphics experience
