IRD Recruitment is hiring 7.5T Delivery Drivers to support a well-established client based in Daventry, delivering throughout the Midlands. This temp-to-perm role includes full training, great benefits, and real career development opportunities.
The Role:

Start Time: 06:00 AM
*
Shifts: 4 days/week (Mon–Sat rota)
*
Average Shift: 12–13 hours (day work only)
*
Contract: Temp-to-perm after 12 weeks
*
Training: Provided – includes appliance installation and removals
Responsibilities:
*
Deliver and install large domestic appliances (as part of a one- or two-person team)
*
Unpack, position, and remove packaging
*
Install new and remove old appliances (training provided)
Requirements:
*
Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
*
Age 19+ (insurance requirement)
*
Experience with 7.5T multi-drop delivery (white goods experience a plus)
*
Physically fit (manual handling involved)
*
Tech-savvy with handheld devices
*
