Due to continued growth and new contract awards, we are expanding our Control Centre team in Widnes. The Role We are seeking dedicated Breakdown & Recovery Co-ordinators to join our fast-paced 24 hour Control Centre. This role requires calm, confident decision-making, especially when dealing with time-critical and emergency situations. You will be managing inbound and outbound calls, deploying recovery operators, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally. You will interact daily with members of the public, emergency services, motoring organisations, and roadside teams.
