Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs. Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour, engagement, and social skills. Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure consistent support. Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour interventions. Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and independence. Requirements: Proven experience working with children with SEN. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential). Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
