We’re searching for a passionate Senior Watersports Instructor to join our watersports team and help create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Coordinate daily watersports sessions including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and more
2. Support the team of instructors and activity leaders
3. Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with NGB guidelines and center policies
4. Plan and deliver high-quality sessions for groups, schools, and the general public
5. Carry out regular equipment checks and help maintain kit and activity areas
6. Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment for all visitors
About you:
7. RYA Dinghy Instructor or Paddlesports Instructor (or similar qualifications) is required
8. Experience in a senior/lead instructor role or ready to take the next step
9. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
10. A passion for outdoor education and inspiring people through watersports
11. Safety-conscious, with a proactive and professional attitude
