Marketing & Communications Lead – Defence Overview This role leads both internal and external communications for a global defence-technology organisation. You will develop clear, impactful messaging, support employee engagement, strengthen the company’s industry presence, and coordinate high-profile customer and industry events. Based in Staffordshire with hybrid options, the role also supports sites in the US. Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications * Build and deliver global marketing and communications strategies aligned with corporate goals, product launches, and defence programmes. * Work with teams across business development, product management, engineering, and leadership to ensure coherent messaging and consistent brand identity.
