An esteemed UK law firm is seeking an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to join its Real Estate team in Bristol. This role focuses on commercial property matters, particularly within large-scale infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, transport, and water schemes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex transactions and leading a team of junior legal executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on nationally significant infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of renewable energy, transport, and water sectors.
* Leading and mentoring a team of junior legal executives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including landowner and specialist agreements.
* Collaborating across Real Estate and Planning units to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
* Developing and implementing efficient working practices within the team.
* Maintaining effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing updates as needed.
About You:
* Chartered Legal Executive, with experience in commercial property law.
* Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of legal documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with legal research tools.
* Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders.
* Resilient under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new legal areas, with training provided for energy and infrastructure sectors.
