Role Overview A fantastic opportunity is available for a Dough Production & Lamination Specialist to join a growing team in Central London. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in viennoiserie, laminated doughs or French‑style bakery production. You will be responsible for the daily preparation, mixing and lamination of croissant and vegan croissant doughs, ensuring consistency, precision and high quality throughout every stage. Afternoon shifts may include supporting doughnut dough preparation. Key Responsibilities Daily preparation of croissant and vegan croissant dough Precise measuring, mixing and lamination Operating and maintaining lamination machinery and commercial mixers Supporting doughnut dough production as required Ensuring dough quality and consistency during all stages Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production environment Following all food‑safety and hygiene protocols Working collaboratively within a small team Meeting daily production schedules and performance targets Key Requirements Experience in viennoiserie, French bakery, laminated doughs or pastry production Good understanding of gluten development, dough behaviour and lamination techniques Ability to follow recipes with accuracy and consistency Experience using lamination machines and large mixers High attention to detail and strong organisation Reliable, punctual and able to work early mornings Comfortable with physical tasks and long periods standing Right to work in the UK Availability to work most weekends and bank holidays Whats on Offer Competitive pay (from £13/hour Depends from experience) Supportive team environment and modern production facilities 50% staff discount Weekly rota for consistency and planning Location: Central London (WC2H) Hours: 06:00–15:00, occasional afternoon shifts may be required Contract: Full‑time, Permanent Interested?
