Job overview
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Liaison and Diversion Data Administrator to provide a comprehensive performance and data support service to the Criminal Justice Liaison Service within North East London Foundation Trust.
The post-holder will play a key role in managing service performance data, supporting contract monitoring requirements, and ensuring high-quality reporting across local and pan-London systems. The role will act as an effective interface between the Trust, partner organisation TWay Forward, NHS England, the wider Liaison and Diversion network, HMCTS, and other key stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with significant experience in data analysis and performance reporting who is passionate about improving services through robust data insight and quality assurance.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will:
1. Manage and oversee the total data and performance requirements of the Criminal Justice Liaison Service.
2. Ensure performance management information is accurately captured, analysed and disseminated in line with contractual and organisational requirements.
3. Develop, maintain and enhance databases and reporting systems, including implementing improvements and system changes.
4. Support service leads with interpretation of performance data and contribute to contract monitoring and reporting processes.
5. Provide data analysis to support NHS England’s pan-London dashboard and local performance monitoring.
6. Facilitate provider representation at regular data user group meetings to support:
Data collection processes and timeline
Development of London-specific indicators
Data definitions and quality assurance
Consistency across providers
7. Review and verify performance data monthly against agreed standards and specifications.
8. Monitor trends, identify risks or improvement opportunities, and propose solutions.
9. Develop quality assurance processes to support meaningful outcomes for service users.
10. Participate in performance review meetings with operational and clinical leads.
11. Provide supervision and line management support to the Band 4 Criminal Justice Liaison Service Administrator.

This post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,714 and a maximum payment of £5,941) (pro rata for part time staff).

13. Previous experience of providing administrative support to a team within The NHS or relevant Health & Social Care.
14. In depth Up to date working hands-on experience of using Micro Office Excel and other associated software, such as Access, Outlook and Power –Point etc. at a high level.
15. In depth experience and understanding of Rio electronic record system
16. Recent experience of creating, designing, implementing and maintaining databases and reviewing and redeveloping existing data capture systems
17. Experience of extrapolating, analysing and organising data to provide reports for stakeholders
18. Experience of organising and delivering clinical supervision to junior staff along with maintenance of records.
19. Experience of audits and research.
