Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with a growing manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR & Payroll Manager at their site in Rotherham. This is a standalone HR & Payroll Manager role supporting a headcount of c85 which will report directly into the Finance Manager. Our client is open to both part-time and full-time hours across 5 days. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and Payroll and be responsible for the following: Organising and maintaining employee records such as offer letters and contracts of employment Management of the full employee lifecycle Supporting managers with employee relations issues such as sickness absence and disciplinaries Running end to end payroll using Sage and collating timesheets for salaries and hourly paid employees Supporting line managers with recruitment Ensure company policies are followed and revised as necessary Create and present reports on HR Metrics Benefits as a HR and Payroll Manager include: Bonus Scheme Onsite Free Car Parking 24 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays Career Development Flexibility around school hours The ideal candidate will be competent in managing the entire end-to-end payroll process and possess up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment laws.
