About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural Expert to join our dynamic team at an Alternative Provision school that supports pupils with a range of complex needs and especially challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans for students with challenging behaviours.
* Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure a consistent and positive approach to behaviour management.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on effective behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.
* Monitor and review behavioural progress, adapting strategies as needed.
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils.

Requirements
* Proven experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and challenging behaviours.
* Strong understanding of positive behaviour support and evidence-based interventions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage complex situations effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in psychology, behaviour analysis, or SEN education (desirable).
